As Harman Packaging Co., operating in packaging sector , we undertake to prioritize communication and education to enhance employees’ knowledge and skills by following technological developments , to meet our customers’ needs and expectations by providing hygiene conditions at every production stage , to convey information about product safety to public, consumers and suppliers and/ or requesting information for it , to present quality and hygienic products, accordingly to comply with the legal regulations, the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2015 / BRC PACKAGING MATERIALS standards and to improve its effectiveness constantly.

As HARMAN AMBALAJ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş, operating in cardboard packaging sector , in order to ensure consumer health, food safety and customer satisfaction by following modern and technological developments within the framework of compliance with legal requirements, international standards and customer conditions, we undertake,
  • Producing economic and safe products to meet customer needs and expectations
  • Cooperating with appropriate suppliers who will meet Quality and Food Safety conditions
  • Identifying physical, chemical and biological food safety hazards at every stage of the products offered to customers, taking them under control, ensuring that they are produced in accordance with health and hygiene rules,
  • Mandatory use in our production areas, existing glass, breakable plastic materials, metal equipment are under protection,
  • Providing necessary resources to improve machine equipment adequacy continuously by following the latest developments and technology
  • Ensuring personnel adequacy to enhance continuously labor force and equipment in accordance with technological developments
  • Organizing training to raise awareness level on Quality and Food Safety
  • Ensuring continuity of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and increasing its effectiveness
  • Presenting quality and hygienic products; accordingly to comply with the legal regulations, the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2015 / BRC PACKAGING MATERIALS standards and to improve its effectiveness constantly

  • To ensure healthy and safe environment for the personnel, subcontractors and all visitors within the factory
  • To minimize the risks , deriving from machine , vehicle, device , workbench, material movements and the tools , used for production
  • To provide ergonomic and healthy job environment to reduce occupational accident risks
  • To minimize potential risks , deriving from work environment conditions
  • To arrange health activities and to create healthy working conditions
  • To raise awareness by training all employees and subcontractors on occupational health and safety
  • To establish and continuously improve systems related to Occupational Health and Safety
  • To provide personal protective equipment in accordance with the standards and to ensure that proper equipment is used where necessary
  • To comply with the laws and regulations in this context
As HARMAN AMBALAJ SANAYİ VE TİC.A.Ş. , within the framework of Social Compliance principles , we undertake to apply following principles at factory by establishing a system which is in compliance with the rules of ethical conduct , respecting parties’ insterests , international codes of conduct and human rights and based on continuous improvement principle;
  • Prevention child employment. To comply with child and youth employment procedures and to protect workers under the age of 18
  • Prevention of forced and compulsory labour. Not to employ slaves, illegal and unwilling worker
  • Compliance with Occupational Heath and Safety rules. By applying occupational health and safety rules to create safe work environment with the assistance of risk analysis
  • Respecting for organizaton freedom and the bargaining right. To respect employees’ right to be union member and to bargain collectively
  • Prevention of discrimination, ill treatment and harrassment. With due regard of human dignity, not exposing employees to psychological, physical and verbal harrassment and evaluating them related to their work abilities without discrimination of religion, language , race, ethnicity, sect and gender
  • Compliance with wage payments and working hours. To comply with the wage payments and working hours determined by the laws and employment contracts in accordance with voluntary basis for overtime work
  • Compliance with environmental safety. Preventing environmental pollution by applying the environmental safety policy
  • Arranging proper work environment. To take precautions by measuring of noise, dust, light, carcinogen substances and electrical ground
  • Compliance with codes of conduct and establishing management system. Establishing an management system which create an intention, implement and take corrective measurement for social Compliance issues within the enterprise without tolerating bribery, corruption and fraud
As HARMAN AMBALAJ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. , operating in cardboard Packaging sector, we undertake to provide following requirements to increase environmental awareness, to prevent or to reduce environmental pollution.
  • To fulfill and to follow relevant environmental and energy legislation requirements
  • Evaluating the environmental impact of our operating activities and the damage, derived from our business activities withing the framework of legal requirements and to take measurements to reduce the impact
  • To raise awareness by training all employees on Environmental Health, Energy ad Natural Resource savings
  • To contribute to conscious usage of natural resource by sorting our wastes out effectively at their source for their groups and hazard classes and to include our wastes into recycling process accordingly
  • Considering the impact on environment at every stage from the raw material to finished product
  • To raise employees’ awareness for environmental protection not only for production per environmental protection requirements, but also for every stages of their lives
As HARMAN AMBALAJ SAN. VE TIC. A.Ş., we are commited to increase awareness by sharing the importance of sustainable forests with all relevant parties and to manage the forests by following certified goods per customers’ requests without disrupting forest protection chain. Moreover, our company undertakes not to participate directly or undirectly in following activities which are considered unacceptable by FSC:
  • Illegal logging and Trading
  • Violation of traditional and human right in forestry operations
  • Destruction of high conservation value forests during forestry operations
  • Conversion of natural forest areas to plantations or non-forest lands
  • Usage of genetically modified organisms in forestry operations
  • Violation of any of ILO Fundamental Conventions, as defined on ILO (International Labor Organization) declaration, on fundamental operation principles and rights
